After a long day’s work, unwind in urban flair! Here you can cap off your day in style. The bar is open for you 24 hours a day.

Do something good for yourself! At Golden Ball our sauna and a relexation room with tea bar are included.

Your apartment will be cleaned for you weekly. This service is included in the price. Extra cleaning services are available upon request.

To keep things from spinning out of control whenever you need fresh clothes: you are welcome to wash for free, with unrestricted access 24/7 to our washing machines and dryers.

Sufficient parking spaces are available (free of charge) in front of the door as well as in our own underground parking garage (12€/day or 200€/month).

In the fitness center directly opposite you can work out. Book your visit with us monthly (45€/month) or by the day (5€/day).

Do not give up your orders even when you travel. We will gladly accept your mail for you.

For Skype conferencing, chats with family and friends or leisure use: Our Wi-Fi is available free of charge to all of our guests.

During the day, our bar and atrium are available as co-working spaces. Highspeed Wi-Fi ensures smart working in the public area as well as in the apartments.

Four of our apartments are optimized for people with disabilities. In this case, please contact us personally in advance.

Everything in the green range: Riem Landscape Park and Waterski Park Aschheim are located in the immediate vicinity, offering a host of other recreational facilities.

Our apartments are fitted with 40- and 55-inch LCD flatscreen TVs. That way, your favourite series looks good from any angle! You will receive 62 channels.

Every room is fitted with a cabinet safe complete with inner electrical outlet.

You’ll enjoy Golden Ball even with your eyes closed: All of our rooms are equipped with beds by RUF and bedding and pillows by MÜHLDORFER.

Those who enjoy freshening or sprucing up a bit longer should not shiver. That’s why our bathrooms are fitted with infrared heaters over the sink.
